The company needed to ensure 24/7 availability for its mission-critical Oracle business systems to maintain its reputation for on-time delivery and protect valuable customer relationships. Getac, with the help of IBM Business Partner Asgard System, implemented a new infrastructure based on IBM Power Systems servers running IBM AIX and IBM PowerVM.
