Les Mills, the global fitness company behind science-backed workouts and digital fitness programs, needed to modernize fragmented finance systems to support rapid global expansion. Its teams were still using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 on outdated on-premises infrastructure with manual, paper-based workflows, which created reporting delays, reconciliation issues, and compliance risks. IBM Consulting helped Les Mills address these challenges with a scalable cloud ERP and finance transformation.

IBM implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to replace the legacy system and standardize finance processes across geographies. IBM also automated subscription billing, IFRS 15 accruals, and bank reconciliations, while adding modern reconciliation methods and Copilot-enabled insights. The results included nearly 50% cost savings, up to 70% faster processing time, 50% efficiency gains in month-end postings, 50% less intracompany accounting effort, and 50% time savings in revenue operations.
