IBM Instana Observability was used to address these challenges.
IBM implemented IBM Instana Observability to provide real-time, centralized visibility across the bank’s applications and systems, with faster dependency mapping and AI-based root-cause analysis. The results included about a 70% reduction in average recovery time for major incidents, a 40% drop in monthly outage-related inquiries, a 90% reduction in visualization effort, and an 87% reduction in root-cause identification time.
