A IBM Case Study
Velotix, a startup founded in 2021, provides a Data Access Platform that helps companies break down data silos, automate policy enforcement, and keep access compliant. To speed adoption and make the product easier to use, Velotix sought IBM’s help to add a conversational AI assistant that could handle natural-language queries while protecting sensitive data, especially for regulated industries.
Using IBM watsonx, including watsonx.ai, watsonx.data, and watsonx Orchestrate, plus IBM Client Engineering, Velotix launched the assistant in just one month. IBM helped cut development time by more than 80%, and the new solution is expected to reduce compliance costs by 60%–70% while cutting manual tasks by up to 95%.
