NHC leverages digital transformation with modern container solutions

NHC, a Saudi real estate developer, needed a modern, scalable application integration environment to expose and consume APIs, automate workflows, and support growing transaction volumes as it advanced its digital transformation. To meet these needs, NHC worked with IBM and its partner Eastern Light Technologies using IBM Cloud Pak for Integration on Red Hat OpenShift, along with IBM DataPower, IBM API Connect, IBM MQ, and IBM App Connect.

IBM helped NHC standardize integrations and move to a container-based, DevOps-enabled platform that improved flexibility, reliability, and security. The results included a 40% reduction in time to develop and launch new services, a 23% reduction in average API response time, more than 700 services deployed, and the ability to handle 2 million requests per day with peaks of 4 million.
