The National Agency for Education in Lithuania needed a faster way to analyze thousands of school management reports each year, which were time-consuming to process manually and difficult to compare with other education data. Working with IBM and its Business Partner S2P, the agency sought a solution using IBM watsonx.ai and IBM Cognos Analytics to automate document ingestion and reporting.

IBM helped implement an AI-enriched workflow that extracts, structures, and analyzes data from multiple report formats, scores 14 key KPIs, and visualizes results in dashboards. The solution eliminated the manual extraction process and delivered a 99% boost in productivity, enabling the National Agency for Education to make more data-driven decisions and gain a clearer view of school and system performance.
