Caregivers were spending too much time interpreting sensor-driven insights, which made it harder to spot early changes in elderly clients’ health and provide timely preventive care.

IBM and IBM Client Engineering helped Benete build an AI-powered summary capability using IBM watsonx.ai, with supporting use of IBM Cloudant and IBM watsonx.governance. The solution now generates easy-to-consume, multilingual reports in less than 5 seconds and cut patient data interpretation time by 90%, from 10 minutes to 1 minute, freeing care teams to focus more on patients and improving efficiency and care quality.
