IBM and Tech Mahindra built Document AmplifAler, a gen AI platform powered by IBM watsonx.ai, Granite models, IBM Deep Search, and IBM watsonx.governance. The solution improved document processing by 70%, delivered 30% productivity gains, and generated more than GBP 500,000 in annual savings in telecom workflows, while also reducing manual data extraction by up to 50%–70% in financial services.
