Infosys implemented an AI management system (AIMS) powered by Infosys Topaz™ and built with IBM watsonx.governance to automate workflows, risk assessments, and regulatory alignment across the AI lifecycle. The result was a 150% improvement in operational efficiency, zero downtime in governance operations, and governance at scale for more than 2,700 AI use cases, while meeting standards such as ISO 42001, the EU AI Act, and NIST.
