A IBM Case Study
Ensono, a global managed services and technology advisor, needed a better way to manage increasingly complex client automation environments. As its custom Ansible setups grew, the company faced risks of configuration drift, harder troubleshooting, and rising infrastructure costs. It turned to IBM and Red Hat to help modernize its IT automation platform.
IBM implemented a unified automation solution built on Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, IBM watsonx Code Assistant for Red Hat Ansible Lightspeed, and analytics. The new platform centralized automation content, improved consistency, and simplified operations, leading to 28 million tasks completed across more than 158,000 job runs and an estimated 100,000+ developer hours saved in just one year.
