IBM helped TEPL implement a unified A2A and B2B integration platform with governance and standardized workflows, connecting core systems such as MES, SAP, order management, warehouse management, and logistics. The result is an enterprise-grade platform that now handles more than 100 million transactions annually, improves visibility and collaboration, speeds integration of future acquisitions, and has increased operational efficiency while simplifying processes.
