POST Luxembourg Improving the customer experience with single sign-on for multiple services

Post Luxembourg, the country’s leading postal, telecommunications and finance provider, wanted to improve customer experience and business agility by unifying access controls and creating a single-sign-on portal across its services. To meet this challenge, Post Luxembourg partnered with IBM Security and deployed IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) to provide centralized authentication.

IBM Security implemented a single authentication platform (IBM Security Access Manager) so customers can manage postal, financial and telecom accounts with one set of credentials — including via mobile apps — while Post reuses authentication components across applications. The solution delivered SSO across multiple services, sped response to business change through faster development, and simplified access monitoring so analysts can respond more quickly to suspicious activity.
