Chevrolet partnered with IBM Instana to help drive awareness and consideration for its all-new 2021 Trailblazer. In a crowded U.S. compact crossover SUV market, Chevrolet needed a way to stand out and reach consumers with more relevant advertising that could improve engagement.

IBM Instana’s solution, IBM Watson Advertising Accelerator, used AI and machine learning to predict and serve the best-performing creative combinations based on audience signals. IBM reported that Chevrolet achieved a 100% increase in click-through rate (CTR) from the start to the end of the campaign, while also gaining insights into which creative elements drove the strongest engagement.
