IBM Consulting implemented a multi-year ERP transformation, decommissioning legacy systems and integrating operations onto a unified SAP platform. This solution provided Neste with standardized processes, real-time data flow, and end-to-end visibility. The results included 13 successful go-lives, the integration of 27 systems, and the adoption of new ways of working by over 3,800 employees and contractors, leading to greater efficiency, transparency, and a scalable foundation for future innovation.
