WVGW (Wirtschafts- und Verlagsgesellschaft Gas und Wasser mbH) needed a modern online shop that could serve both association members (with exclusive products and member pricing) and international end-customers, deliver downloadable regulations, and integrate with their existing TYPO3 website and Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP. The challenge was to provide real-time product, price and condition data from the ERP while offering a clear, user-friendly ordering process for different user groups.

silver.solutions implemented silver.e-shop 3.0 (built on Symfony), connected to NAV via the proven Web Connector and integrated with WVGW’s TYPO3 site. A Storm-based front end and one‑page checkout improved usability, while Ibexa DXP handled content management. The result is a contemporary, faster shop with runtime ERP-driven pricing and downloads, streamlined order processing, clear member-specific access and notable time savings for WVGW.
