Visit Andorra Enriching the Visitor Experience with Personalization

Visit Andorra, the tourism board for the Pyrenean principality, needed to better engage international visitors and drive conversion across multiple campaigns and languages. Key challenges included improving customer journeys, enabling dynamic segmentation and personalization, managing multilingual campaigns, boosting SEO, lowering bounce rates and migrating to a more flexible cloud platform.

Visit Andorra migrated from eZ Publish to eZ Platform and eZ Platform Cloud, integrated its CRM via eZ API connectors, built a Symfony travel configurator and a private community area, and implemented targeted content and smart localization. The result: support for five annual campaigns across 10 markets and nine languages, 1.2 million new users in 2019 (≈45% YoY growth) with overall traffic up ~46%, higher engagement and lower bounce rates, and 40% of visits coming from organic search.
