SHERA, a leading provider of materials and supplies for dental technology, relaunched its website and B2B shop to modernize the CMS, update the shop platform and redesign the UI. The main challenge was to present SHERAclassic, SHERAdigital, SHERA4implants and SHERAacademy as distinct brand experiences while keeping content and maintenance centralized and supporting ERP connectivity, rich media, single sign-on and a multi-shop basket.

The solution combined an updated shop and eZ Publish CMS with a unified back end, a real-time Microsoft Dynamics NAV connection for product data, and tools for managing detailed texts, downloads, videos and images. The relaunch delivered distinct brand storefronts with centralized administration, improved mobile UX through responsive design, seamless SSO/multi-basket functionality and new integrated tools to enable expanded online marketing.
