Paris Tourist and Convention Office - Customer Case Study

The Office du Tourisme et des Congrès de Paris (OTCP) needed to rebuild its tourist information system to better serve eight million annual visitors and streamline complex organizational workflows. The challenge was to create a modern, interoperable web portal integrated and synchronized with the CRM, reduce manual tasks so staff could focus on higher‑value work, and boost key KPIs such as site visits, online sales, and communications with target audiences.

Using Ipexa Experience, the SIT project delivered a unified portal and CRM integration with structured business and editorial databases, HMIs/GUI tools for data management, extranet updates, a 13‑language public site, five professional spaces, a media library and a marketplace. The solution now supports about 1 million visits per month, over 4,000 pages across seven sites, 2,200 member companies and 1,000 new events weekly, while improving online traffic, sales and stakeholder communication.
