Marigold and Peace Library Systems, serving a network of public libraries, faced outdated Drupal-based sites that weren’t mobile-responsive and were costly to maintain given they had no in-house developers. Content updates were tedious—especially for single-staff branches—and promoting events relied on clumsy freeware calendars. The libraries needed a centralized platform that still let branch librarians control their own site content.

They chose Ibexa DXP implemented by Mugo Web to deliver responsive, reusable templates, a custom event calendar and registration system (with attendee limits and waitlists), role-based editing, per-domain visual theming, and integration with the LMS for reading lists. The rollout enabled fast site provisioning, simplified daily content tasks, and quick adoption—over 100 site operators trained—and led to fuller event attendance, easier centralized tech management, and a scalable, cost-effective platform for years to come.
