CNP Assurances, a leading French personal-insurance group active in 19 countries with millions of policyholders, needed a deeply user-centric website that combined its institutional presence and multiple customer journeys while delivering accessible, personalized and brand-consistent experiences for individuals, professionals, partners and investors. The company faced the challenge of overhauling customer paths, integrating a refreshed brand identity and unifying content and services under a single platform to better serve its B2B2C distribution model.

Working with technical partner Almavia CX, CNP migrated from eZ Publish to the Ibexa DXP and rolled out a staged redesign using Scrum and DevOps practices. The platform’s Page Builder gave editors autonomy and faster time-to-market, enabling rapid creation of landing pages and micro-sites, more flexible content management, improved UX and stronger brand expression. The result was greater operational agility, streamlined customer journeys and a scalable foundation for ongoing digital transformation.
