INFORMS is a professional association of about 10,000 members and the world’s largest society for operations research, management science and business analytics. Facing a fragmented web presence—its main site plus dozens of sub-properties on multiple platforms and some hard-coded HTML—INFORMS needed a single architecture to support multiple sites and enable content sharing.

Beaconfire implemented a unified enterprise web platform using ibexa Experience, delivering a shared content repository and template library to streamline publishing and site management. The migration—2,400 files, 1,000 folders/categories, 3,000 pages and 2,900 images—consolidated INFORMS’ properties onto one system, significantly improving efficiency and maintainability.
