DLRG launches a robust online shop in 2 weeks with Ibexa

The customer, Deutsche Lebens-Rettungs-Gesellschaft (DLRG), a large volunteer water rescue organization, needed a new online shop to reduce office workload and improve order efficiency. Their challenge involved creating a robust shop with tight ERP integration that could also handle the unique processes of their association structure. The solution implemented by Ibexa involved a shop platform with deep Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP integration, automating data and order transfer. The system allowed for complex user rights, budget controls, and delegate functions for member associations. According to the DLRG, the project launched on time with all functions, and the ERP integration works flawlessly, successfully reducing the sales team's administrative workload.
