DELABIE is a family-owned French manufacturer and the European leader in taps and sanitary equipment for public buildings, with 2,000+ products exported to over 90 countries and a presence in high‑profile projects worldwide. Facing rapid international expansion to nine sites in 10 languages and a legacy, print-driven workflow that relied on monthly Excel imports (which slowed sites and hampered teams in other time zones), DELABIE needed a modern, eCommerce-like digital profile that met the expectations of B2B buyers and supported multilingual, multisite operations.

In 2020 DELABIE migrated from eZ Publish to the Ibexa Digital Experience Platform and rebuilt its back office to function as a PIM. Editors now manage product data in real time, searches and filters are far more powerful, personalized catalogs and on‑the‑fly PDFs are available, and production teams have greater autonomy—transforming updates that once took a month into minutes and delivering a consistent, efficient digital experience for distributors, architects and other B2B customers.
