Carac is a French mutual savings and pensions company that needed to reach different audiences with tailored financial offerings while integrating with its existing information systems. The challenge was to deliver distinct experiences for contributors and other target groups, support CRM and extranet workflows, and give marketing teams a fast way to deploy campaign landing pages.

The organization implemented Ibexa Experience (Ibexa DXP) — developed on the platform by Novactive with Ibexa partner Almavia CX — connecting the site via web services to the back‑office so data flows to the CRM and Carac extranet. The solution also uses Ibexa’s page builder to create dedicated landing pages, enabling targeted campaigns and streamlined content management to serve multiple audiences more effectively.
