bott, a German manufacturer of van racking, workplace storage and workstation systems with €134M in annual sales and 1,150 employees, was managing 30 slightly different country and partner sites with a tiny web team of “2.5 colleagues.” An outdated, fragmented CMS meant inconsistent UIs, slow updates and frequent errors because local content managers couldn’t directly edit sites — a growing bottleneck for the company’s global ecosystem.

bott selected Ibexa DXP for its multi‑language capabilities, structured workflows and role management to centralize all instances into one system and one UI. Implementation begins this autumn; the new platform will let local editors update content themselves, enforce a single design and streamline governance, and provide a future‑proof foundation to redesign the customer journey and map digital strategy for the next 10 years.
