Bogotá Madrid Fusión is a five-day gastronomic event in Bogotá that brings European, Latin American and Colombian chefs together to promote Colombia’s diverse cuisine and boost its international recognition. Organizers needed a robust, scalable digital presence integrated with the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce multisite installation to showcase programming, participants and the event’s cultural mission.

Aplyca, an Ibexa Platinum Partner, developed the site using Ibexa Experience as part of the Chamber’s multisite setup, delivering a DXP-powered platform that streamlined development and operations for the organizers. The new site supports event promotion, amplifies Colombia’s culinary reputation and helps position Bogotá Madrid Fusión as a reference event in Latin America.
