Atlantic France turns the digital tide with Ibexa

Groupe Atlantic’s French division, Atlantic France, needed to simplify a fragmented B2B digital landscape: until 2021 customers and partners had to navigate 10 separate product, training and after‑sales sites to find specifications, manuals and certification information. The challenge was to consolidate those sites, re‑architect the backend to support three levels of content access, create segmented content for seven B2B typologies, and reorganize editorial workflows to deliver a coherent, personalized brand experience.

Atlantic France replaced the ten sites with a single Atlantic PROS portal built on Ibexa DXP, integrating PIM data and Swiftype search and involving 40 people across eight teams over two years (launched May 2021). The new site delivers unified yet tailored content (about 70% restricted to incentivize accounts), customized training and certification, and direct emailing of product information — customers report a dramatically smoother experience, and the platform sets the stage for planned e‑commerce and deeper personalization.
