ArtBo (Bogotá Art Fair) is one of Latin America’s largest annual art fairs, bringing together galleries, artists, curators, collectors and the public. After COVID‑19, the fair needed to extend its physical presence into a robust digital offering that could showcase top Colombian galleries and hundreds of artists, support special guests and public engagement, and manage complex customer and operational workflows across the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce multi‑site environment.

Aplyca built ArtBo’s site on Ibexa Experience, integrating Microsoft Dynamics for customer data and a Form.IO/MongoDB solution to handle critical business process workflows. The result is ArtBo Digital: an engaging online showcase that amplifies exposure for galleries and artists, streamlines event services and operations, and strengthens the creative‑arts sector through a scalable DXP.
