Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur, which operates Nice, Cannes and Saint‑Tropez airports, needed a complete website redesign to offer passengers and partners a modern, intuitive digital experience. The project required migrating from the legacy platform, rethinking the customer journey, and integrating complex systems for flight information and bookings, third‑party e‑commerce (parking, VIP lounge, car hire), a SkyValet business‑aviation portal and B2B services — all while coordinating multiple agencies and remaining responsive during the COVID‑19 crisis.

After benchmarking solutions, the airport selected Ibexa DXP and partnered with Internethic, Kaliop and other specialists to implement the new site. Ibexa enabled seamless integration of flight tracking and reservation services with a third‑party commerce layer, supported user‑tested UI designs from the Digital Lab, and delivered a rich, unified site that stakeholders praise for quality and agility. Launched in March 2020, the platform improved content management, allowed rapid pandemic‑era updates, and positioned the airport to boost visitor engagement and commercial conversions.
