Lima Memorial Hospital Makes a Smooth Transition to MEDITECH 6.06 with Help from Iatric Systems

Lima Memorial Hospital, a 329‑bed medical and surgical hospital in northwest Ohio, prepared to migrate to MEDITECH 6.06 and faced recreating more than 80 interfaces, rewriting 200+ NPR reports into M‑AT, and connecting over 50 physician offices. To manage the complex data exchange and report conversion needs, Lima Memorial engaged Iatric Systems for interfaces, report‑writing services, and privacy/security solutions.

Iatric Systems deployed its EasyConnect Jaguar interface engine, Report Writing Services to reproduce 200+ reports, Physician Office Integration, and Security Audit Manager, and integrated ancillary systems such as McKesson PACS, GE MUSE, Nuance, and CliniSync. As a result, interfaces now run seamlessly, clinicians can view radiology and EKG images from MEDITECH, connections to 50+ offices are live, 200+ reports were recreated, and Lima Memorial estimates saving one FTE by automating PHI audits.
