Summit Dental Center is a dental center serving thousands of patients on monthly basis throughout Houston. For their daily office activities and reporting, IAM Brands Consulting implemented Bitrix24, a Cloud based suite for social collaboration, communication and management tool for organizations. Summit Dental Center was looking for an intranet portal solution and upon review of several solutions, we implemented Bitrix24 on their own server for privacy issues, added new features to the Bitrix24 base and integrated 3rd party dental related services such as MCNA, DentaQuest and Open Dental Software into one web interface so that reporting and metrics from all locations were integrated into one solution.
