Wasabi Switches To Digital Menu Boards Powered By Signagelive To Save Time And Costs For Operations

Wasabi, the Japanese sushi and bento restaurant chain, needed to replace printed lightbox menus across seven London locations with a bespoke digital solution to standardise the in‑store experience and cut the time and cost of maintaining menus. The project used Signagelive’s cloud digital signage platform and IAdea XMP‑7300 media players (running the AnyTiles solution) to deliver a centrally managed, space‑specific menu system.

Pioneer Group installed LG displays (including 86" Ultra Stretch panels, a 47" six‑screen video wall and 43" screens) and synchronised content via IAdea XMP‑7300 players with Signagelive for remote updates. The result: all seven sites now have consistent, 4K-capable digital menu boards that save operational time, reduce maintenance effort and improve in‑store presentation — outcomes commended by Wasabi’s IT team and partners.
