The customer, Kuo-Kuang Motor Transport (King Bus), a major bus operator in Taiwan, faced challenges in efficiently communicating services and managing passenger flow at its new downtown transport center. They needed a reliable, future-proof digital signage solution that could operate 24/7 and integrate with plans for in-vehicle displays. They partnered with vendor IAdea to deploy their Smart Signboard system.

IAdea implemented its counter-top Smart Signboards, specifically the XDS-2288 model, which provided eye-level information in a clutter-free design. The solution, managed by IAdea's SignApps software, allowed in-house staff to easily create content.
