IAdea and Distributor in Norway Helped Sports Bar Barkaden Upgrade Pro-AV Systems

Barkaden, a contemporary sports bar in Skien, Norway, faced an aging audio system that needed an upgrade to improve sound quality and everyday control. Working with Tritonos Gruppen AS and distributor Scandec Systems, Barkaden incorporated IAdea’s XDS-1078 touch panel as part of the new pro‑AV solution to modernize control and user interaction.

The installed system—Electro‑Voice EVID‑S speakers and subwoofers, Dynacord C Series DSP amplifiers, an Audio‑Technica ATDM‑0604 digital mixer, Luxul PoE switching, and the IAdea XDS‑1078 touch panel—delivered clearer audio, simplified operation for staff, and flexible ambience control via PoE, optional NFC and programmable light bars. IAdea’s touch panel played a key role in making the system easy to use and helping Barkaden create a more enjoyable, future‑proof venue for customers.
