RevShield needed an application to monitor usage of its RevCord recording software—tracking CPU, RAM, hard disk, network and process usage, detecting deleted files, and sending simultaneous real-time email alerts. RevShield engaged i-Verve to fill gaps left by existing RevWatch and RevCord tools; i-Verve developed the RevShield Software Suite and integrated services such as the TeamViewer API and email-sending solutions.

i-Verve’s RevShield Software Suite delivers real-time data monitoring, process supervision, deleted-file detection, and multi-recipient email alerts while remaining resilient if the parent software crashes. The solution improved RevWatch/RevCord performance, can communicate with more than 1,000 RevCord servers, and provided measurable gains in scalability, reliability and centralized monitoring for professional musicians.
