Macktrack is a social media application for sharing music, photos, videos and exploring public feeds worldwide. The client engaged i-Verve to deliver a real-time, geo-tagged multimedia app with custom image editing (zoom/crop/rotate/filters), embedded music from iTunes, an improved UI with animations, direct messaging, and offline functionality.

i-Verve optimized existing libraries, integrated the GPUImage third-party library for image effects, used the iTunes web API to fetch music, and implemented animations and offline support to meet the brief. i-Verve delivered the requested features—custom image processing, music-on-the-go, enhanced UI—and the app’s online/offline capability produced a notable increase in Macktrack’s user base.
