eLogbook - Customer Case Study

eLogbook is a paperless mobile application for Android and Windows phones that helps facility managers, tenants, contractors and suppliers monitor and control workflows across multiple sites. eLogbook engaged i-Verve to deliver a feature-rich, user-friendly solution to drastically reduce paperwork and replace conventional records with a mobile database, covering property management, job logs, notifications, contractor databases, offline sync and barcode scanning.

i-Verve implemented custom JSON parser helpers, optimized SQLite indexing, customized menus/forms and offline data synchronization, and added document attachment and barcode support to integrate the app’s interrelated modules. The result was smoother workflows, faster data listing and search performance (reduced query execution time), and a measurable reduction in paperwork between property owners and contractors—advancing eLogbook’s goal of minimizing tree use.
