Global Shared Services Company, which supports more than 60,000 customers worldwide, was facing growing SaaS access complexity, frequent password reset requests, and security concerns for users logging in outside the office. The company also needed a practical alternative to distributing physical hardware tokens to 14,000 users across multiple countries, and turned to i-Sprint Innovations and its AccessMatrix Universal Access Management (UAM) solution.

i-Sprint Innovations implemented Federated Single Sign-On with Active Directory as the user repository, enabling employees to log in once to Windows and then access applications seamlessly. For remote access, i-Sprint added two-factor authentication using AD credentials plus a Mobile Authenticator Studio token or SMS OTP, which reduced helpdesk requests, improved password management, and avoided the cost and logistics of physical token distribution.
