A Thailand-based bank, one of the top 10 banks in Thailand, needed to better protect its mobile app and customers from increasingly sophisticated scams and remote-control attacks. With employees and systems operating in a hybrid environment, the bank also had to meet a Central Bank of Thailand directive requiring stronger security for mobile apps and financial systems.
