Sonora Quest Laboratories, a major diagnostic testing provider in Arizona, partnered with vendor I-ology to address significant user experience challenges in its ICATT program for free COVID-19 testing. Patients found the existing digital workflow for eligibility and appointment scheduling confusing and inconsistent, necessitating a streamlined and intuitive online solution.

I-ology redesigned the ICATT user experience from the ground up, creating a dedicated informational landing page and a streamlined, logic-driven scheduling flow that automatically verified eligibility. This solution enhanced patient navigation and accessibility while improving operational efficiency by reducing manual data entry. The project earned I-ology and Sonora Quest the "Best Landing Page" award at the 2023 AMA Awards in Phoenix.
