Societe Generale, a French multinational banking and financial services company with more than 11,000 entities, needed to organize and manage Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement projects while ensuring performance and risk indicators for key processes were set up and regularly monitored. To tackle spreadsheet-driven reporting and large-scale process oversight across 1,190 processes, the bank engaged i-nexus and deployed i-nexus for Continuous Improvement – Initial Deployment Package.

i-nexus delivered a custom configuration and training materials to provide a single solution for planning, managing and tracking all types of CI projects, allowing deployment and monitoring of 1,650 KPIs through real-time operational scorecards and selectable local project templates. The i-nexus platform automated metric reporting, gave about 1,200 users access to real-time performance reports, helped identify and address poorly performing processes, and established a foundation to align KPIs with strategy using Hoshin Kanri.
