i-nexus implemented standardized project templates that enforce DMAIC, PDCA and JDI methodologies, certification programs and belt utilization, plus a rigorous financial reporting structure for central visibility and traceability of benefits and procurement savings up to P&L. The program supported 900 sourcing projects, tracked 83 KPIs, engaged 3,000 users across 162 countries and delivered reusable best practices and measurable procurement control.
