University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire, one of the UK’s largest teaching trusts with over 9,000 staff serving more than a million people, needed to centralise projects, share learning and standardise ways of working to improve patient outcomes and meet government quality indicators. To tackle inconsistent spreadsheets, lists and KPI tracking, they engaged i-nexus and its Strategy Execution Software to strengthen governance, prioritisation and benefits tracking across clinical and corporate functions.

i-nexus provided a 360° platform to align strategy, manage resources and risks, and visualise performance with dashboards, eliminating unreliable working practices and improving accountability. The deployment trained 140 staff, is in use across 20 business units and supports 497 projects, delivering reduced project cycle times, robust benefits tracking and clearer decision-making across the Trust.
