The Tourist Police Bureau of Thailand faced challenges with outdated communication relying on narrowband radios and personal smartphones, which left evidence unprotected and hindered real-time situational awareness during interactions with international tourists. To enhance transparency and operational efficiency, they partnered with Hytera to implement a modern solution including PoC radios and body cameras.

Hytera deployed its HyTalk Pro PoC platform, HyTalk Sight video management system, rugged PNC460 handheld radios, and SC580 body cameras. This solution provided nationwide multimedia communications, live video streaming, and secure evidence collection. The results included improved operational efficiency, greater transparency in tourist interactions, enhanced real-time coordination for emergencies, and a strengthened international reputation for Thailand.
