Jarrett Automotive Group is a network of five Ford and Lincoln dealerships in Central Florida with about 375 employees and roughly 95 hires per year. The company struggled with an outdated, paper-based recruiting process that produced few qualified applicants, wasted time on unfit candidates, and made retrieval of application records slow and laborious.
After implementing Hyrell’s applicant tracking system, Jarrett automated job distribution to major job boards, used open‑ended virtual interviews and scoring to better evaluate candidates, and replaced paper files with an electronic archive. The results: employee turnover fell from 41% to about 26%, EEOC documentation retrieval time dropped from 60 days to 15 days, and the dealerships now attract and retain higher-quality hires across all locations.
