Interior Logic Group, the nation’s largest installer of flooring and interior finishes, faced costly scheduling errors, high manual labor to manage orders, and frequent dry runs caused by inaccurate or late builder information. To address these challenges they worked with Hyphen Solutions to integrate their ERP with Hyphen’s SupplyPro Connect, aiming to standardize workflows across legacy companies and improve real-time communication with builders.

Hyphen Solutions implemented a SupplyPro Connect integration that pushes purchase orders and change-order alerts directly into ILG’s systems (with POs visible as early as 120 days out), enables real-time field-to-builder communication, and eliminates manual data entry. As a result, ILG reports higher accuracy, fewer dry runs and order cancels, and major productivity gains—tasks that once required a team can now be handled by a single person—delivering measurable time and cost savings and better service for builders.
