T & J Manufacturing, a second-generation metal fabricator, faced the challenge of improving the quality of their plasma-cut bolt holes to reduce secondary operations and enable business growth. The solution delivered a significant improvement in hole and slot quality, which allowed the company to expand its product line into new areas like precision-cut letters. The upgrade minimized drilling and secondary operations, and the payback period for the investment was anticipated to be just three to four months.
