EXCON gains speed and precision with the XPR300

EXCON, a company specializing in steel structures in the Czech Republic, needed to increase its production capacity and accuracy while also solving a shortage of qualified workers. Their goal was to reach a target of 300 tons of production per month. To meet this challenge, they decided to acquire new automatic lines and sought a solution from the vendor Hypertherm.

The solution was a Voortman machine equipped with a Hypertherm XPR300 plasma cutting system. This implementation provided higher cut speeds and precision, which directly increased production capacity and enabled faster assembly. The system's reliability also reduced maintenance time. As a result, EXCON successfully achieved its desired production target of 300 tons per month. The team was very satisfied with the Hypertherm system and would purchase another.
