The solution featured a single plasma source with dual stations and automatic loading/unloading, customized by Hypertherm application engineers for each location. This upgrade from Hypertherm tripled component production efficiency, reduced the cutting cycle to under five minutes, and eliminated safety hazards by removing the need for combustible gases.
