The YMCA of the USA, the national resource office for YMCAs across the country, needed a way to support a network of autonomous regional and local offices while still meeting national requirements. With about 350 employees and many independently run locations, the challenge was coordinating communication, events, and shared mission support across offices. HyperOffice provided the collaboration platform used to help address these needs.

Using HyperOffice, the YMCA was able to better manage regional offices, coordinate events and activities, and improve communication between offices to share experiences and ideas. HyperOffice also proved effective for managing YMCA offices at the regional level. The case study does not provide specific quantitative results, but it highlights improved coordination and operational support across the organization.
